Not really, that track ain't psy, it's IDM/Breaks, have a listen to the samples it may help you judging.

That VA is a special compilation with En Sof artists from Portugal, there are chillout, breaks, idm and psy tracks on it. In majority they are dark psy tracks though.

Cheers
