Martin, ich glaub du hast da was falsch verstanden. Das iPad ist nicht ein tragbarer DJ-Mixer, so wie der Pacemaker, sondern eine neue Version von Laptops, also Computern.

42 Reasons Why Netbooks Are Better Than the Apple iPad

Steve Jobs felt compelled to take jabs at the netbook market when he announced his magical Apple iPad stating at one point, "The problem is that netbooks aren't better than anything." But don't ditch that netbook just yet. Here are 42 reasons (ranked in no particular order) why I think netbooks can give the iPad a run for its money.

1) Netbooks are cheaper. The majority of them run between $200-$400. And after you spend all that money on accessories and upgrade options for the iPad, you'd be able to buy three netbooks for the same amount of money.
2) With a netbook, you can multitask, allowing you to run several apps at the same time.
3) Though it hasn't been confirmed that there is absolutely no Flash support in the iPad, we at least know netbooks have full Flash support.
4) Netbooks have USB ports, about two to three on average. The iPad has none.
5) Higher Resolutions. There are several 10-inch netbooks that offer 1,366-by-768 resolutions, namely the HP Mini 5102, Dell Mini 10, and Sony VAIO VGN W-Series. The iPad tops out at 1,024 by 768.
6) Netbooks have options for bigger screens. You can get one with an 11-inch or 12-inch widescreen.
7) Removable batteries. You can buy an additional battery for your netbook if you want, allowing it to last for multiple days.

haha ich will ja nicht gleich apple in schutz nehmen aber einige einträge in diesem fred und in den medien sind doch lächerlich...

2. KEIN MULTITASKING!! -> soll heissen ich kann nicht im msn chatten oder skype nutzen und dabei gleichzeitig musik hören. Ich kann nicht meine Lieblingsband hören, wenn ich im Internet surfe. Ebook lesen und Musik hören = nicht möglich? etc etc... HALLO?? das is ja sowas von überdurchschnittlich dämlich....

Wie auf dem iPhone wird dies sicher auch auf dem iPad möglich sein, ist ja dasselbe OS....

Zur Flash-Frage muss ich sagen... es wäre wirklich nicht so geschikt auf diesem Gerät Flash laufen zu lassen... Flash Applikationen benötigen je nach komplexität eine Menge ressourcen, vorallem Arbeitsspeicher.. bei solchen Geräten wie auch bei Netbooks ist da nicht sehr viel vorhanden und bringt diese Geräte sehr schnell an ihre grenze und zum hängen oder man wartet einfach lange während die Atom-Prozessörchen schuften.... Habt ihr schon mal auf einem Netbook komplexere Flash sachen angekuckt oder gespielt? wenn nicht probierts mal und viel spass Lieber ein stabiles System, dafür ohne Flash...... es gibt ja für alles eine App

Im übrigen finde ich die vergleiche netbook<->iPad sinnlos... das iPad ist weder ein notebook, netbook noch ein tablet-pc noch eine gamekonsole.... ein iPad ist ein iPad... so wie ein iPhone kein Handy ist sondern ein iPhone.... Das iPad ist etwas neues und nicht direkt mit ähnlichen Produkten vergleichbar... wird wohl noch eine weile dauern bis das alle kapieren...

Ich selber werd mir keins kaufen, habe ein Macbook und ein iPhone, was zwischendrin brauch ich nicht... aber für meine Grossmutter wärs perfekt
