The year is half way gone and summer is upon us here in the UK. Alchemy have been thrashing dancefloors all over the world over the last six months with Shane Gobi, Broken Toy and Rinkadink returning from a month long tour of Brazil. It doesn't stop there however, as summer is heating up all the Alchemy DJ's and live acts will be spotted at the biggest festivals including Glade, Sonica, Full Moon, and Voov to name a few. We are in the middle of finalising the new Wild Life series compilation, this time round compiled by South African DJ Starspine who resides in Barcelona. It's set to be a stormer. FREAKULIZER
We have hunted far and wide for new talent and we are proud to announce the signing of FREAKULIZER to Alchemy Records. Freakulizer is DJ Thujon from Switzerland who has already produced and released some of the finest powerful morning music ever on Alchemy Records and other well know psytrance labels..
His debut album 'The Awakening Process' is due out on Alchemy in October 2005. This is going to be one hell of a release and we believe it is going to surprise a lot of people with it's powerful and atmospheric morning sound.
BIOGRAPHY
Simon Schwendener is Freakulizer. At the young age of 15 Years Simon started to spin Psytrance on vinyl 1996. After 5 Years of Djing, he decided to produce his own music. He got some helping hands along the way from Artists like Sesto Sento , Eskimo, Silent Sphere, Cybercartell, Vibe Tribe and a few others. After 3 Years of producing tracks he has released numerous tracks on labels such Com.pact , Headroom, Psytropic, Woodroom ,Zoom ,and Alchemy.

Alchemy DJ's and live acts are being booked all over the place from Mexico to Japan. Currently we are organising 2 Alchemy Label Parties - one in Mexico and the other in London. DJ Shove in Mexico is putting together a monster line-up, never before seen in Mexico on the 1-2 October 2004 with DJ's Shane Gobi, Spencer, Shove, Akasha, Dark Soho (live), Rinkadink (live), Broken Toy (live), Freakulizer (live).
The London Alchemy Party on the 29th October 2005 @ The Coronet, is in the pipeline as we speak and is going to feautre for the first time a collaboration with Nano Records. We won't let the cat out of the bag just yet but we can tell you that it will feature Protoculture (live), and Freakulizer (live) for the first time at the Coronet, along with Alchemy and Nano DJ's in support.
